OTM: Winter 2022/23 — the results in figures

From the Czech Republic to the Maldives: who took part in the exhibition and how it went.
There were 51 hours of training educational broadcasting at the OTM online exhibition: Winter 22/23 this year. 57 experts told about current foreign tourist products in different countries and shared their experience in sales of various segments. 30 exhibitors participated in the exhibition. More than 180 professionals joined the networking system to find potential business partners.
The points that were discussed at OTM: Winter 22/23
Despite the rapidly changing conditions, travel industry professionals find ways to continue working successfully: to offer tourists new destinations, look for relevant STRs, come up with unique products and establish business relations with colleagues from other countries.

The grand opening broadcast, on November 7, was about effective sales organisation. The experts discussed if it is realistic to save 30 hours per week, what CRM is better to choose - universal or industry, how to organize the work of travel agencies remotely, creating a cloud IT infrastructure, and how it is most convenient to be in touch with clients. The speakers were Artur Privin, Head of Madison Travel Company and Madison Consult agency, Alexey Vengin, CEO of Profi.Travel media holding, and Nadezhda Ebel, Head of Profi.Travel analytical center.

The editorial broadcast "Is everything calm in the Luxury? Where premium tourists go abroad today and what destinations should be explored first" was held on November 9. Experts presented to the audience an overview of the premium segment of the accessible to the Russian tourist destinations and shared the peculiarities of working with it. The Speakers — Head of Profi.Travel analytical center Nadezhda Ebel and Co-author of the federal B2B project "Best Russia. Tourism in Russia: the best" Vladimir Pozhidaev.

Representatives of Russian and foreign travel companies took part in OTM: Winter 22/23 networking. Throughout the exhibition users exchanged contacts with each other, and on November 16 they held video meetings where they discussed details of further cooperation with each other. Some figures:
