What kind of Russian tourism product is interesting for travellers from certain markets, what information about Russian regions is lacking among the foreign b2b audience, what partners and market experts will be of interest to foreign tour operators and travel agents as potential partners?

Training and accelerator for regional travel business
After the webinars, there is a testing to determine speakers' presenting level and their admission to participate in the project.
1-2 months before the online exhibition starts, Profi.travel conducts a series of webinars from experts of the target market — specialized programs called India, Germany, China Friendly. The programs are organized for Russian regions' travel business representatives in order to share the information on how to receive the tourists from certain markets, considering their interests, needs and perception specifics.

Presentation materials
The exhibition expert group discusses the program and presentation with speakers from the regions: information is adjusted to the needs of the target market. If necessary, recommendations are given on the timing and speech, so that the presentation of the region is consistent, interesting and shows the variety of tourism products.
One month before the online exhibition, we begin to translate and adapt the advertising materials and presentations for the target consumer. Two weeks before the event, Profi.Travel together with a representative expert of the target market, holds individual online meetings with exhibitors.

The business program includes: • Official opening with the participation of representatives of the Russian authorities and foreign markets, heads of regions and industry associations. • Round tables and discussion of the factors increasing the tourist flow. • Informational broadcasts on the nuances of issuing e-visas and tax free systems in Russia.
The exhibition business program broadcasts are held with the participation of representatives of the Federal Agency for Tourism, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, as well as foreign strategic partners.
Final results and reports
Survey results, visitors' business cards, and statistical information are shared with exhibitors.
After the online exhibition, all visitors receive summarized and structured information, links to recorded videos, as well as a link to the survey: which presentations seemed the most useful, which of the presented tourist products seemed the best for potential sales, the contacts of which companies need to be duplicated by mail to continue cooperation.
