Due to a high demand among Russian-speaking travel agents for up-to-date information about Dubai,
the client decided to run a one-year B2B project about the destination. It has included three stages with informational, educational, game and prize components.

The section Dubai today with new rules and features of travel to post-covid Dubai has caused explosive interest and the largest number of views in a short time.

Task
To provide complete and up-to-date information on Dubai tourism product to travel agents in Russia and the CIS.

To stimulate tours sales to the emirate, to popularize the destination among professional audience and increase their knowledge of the hotel base of Dubai, its cultural and geographical features.
Solution
Carrying out the project in 3 stages, which included separate activities and prizes.

Creation of a training program for travel professionals: information sections about the current tourism product of the emirate, webinars with representatives of Dubai tourism industry and DTCM, testing of travel agents. The survey among participants of the project.

A contest in social networks to stimulate the sales, a contest for booking tours to the emirate and a draw of a trip to Dubai.
